Originally from St. Louis, Deb has lived in Columbia for over 20 years. She attended MU and has three degrees. She loves dogs, cats, horses, and reptiles. She has been scuba diving on Grand Cayman, jumped out of an airplane in Illinois, and has fought fires in Boone County.

Deb has been a teacher for Columbia Public Schools for 17 years. She teaches 5th grade at Rock Bridge Elementary, has a passion for kids, loves teaching, and sets high expectations.

She loves offering and participating in the summer camp because she loves the outdoors, horses, and fishing. She wanted to provide a place for kids to be exposed to the country and a variety of outdoor activities.

Safety is her #1 priority. She is responsible, capable, reasonable, experienced with kids and outdoor skills, and wants to share her passion for horses and the country life.
